What to Expect
We want all of our clients at Moon Spa 88 to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible during their appointment. At the beginning of your appointment, you will meet your therapist and be taken into your tranquil room. Your therapist will ask you to strip down to your level of comfort and return after you are settled face down on the masseuse’s table, covered by towels.
Your therapist will check in at times to ensure that you are comfortable with certain areas of your body throughout your session. You may be asked to breathe deeply during your session as your therapist works through higher tensions areas. This allows them to get deep into your muscles and relieve more tensions.
Your therapist will inform you that your session has been completed and leave the room so that you can redress. You may feel sore or stiff in some areas, but this is normal and should be relieved in about a day. We also suggest drinking water after your appointment to keep your body hydrated.
